Frequently asked

Download the Campus app and sign up with your university .edu email address. We automatically detect your campus from your email domain. You'll receive a 6-digit verification code to confirm your email, then you're in. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.
Campus is currently launching at select universities. If your school isn't live yet, join the waitlist at joincampusplus.app — we'll notify you the moment we launch at your school. We're expanding to new campuses every month.
When a buyer confirms a booking, payment is authorized and held securely — it's not charged until the job is confirmed complete. Once you mark the job done, funds are released to the earner's Campus Wallet. Campus charges an 8% platform fee per transaction. Payments are powered by Stripe.
Go to your Campus Wallet inside the app and tap Cash Out. You have two options: Standard payout (free, arrives in 3 business days) or Instant payout (1.5% fee, arrives in minutes). You'll need to complete your payout account setup with Stripe before your first withdrawal — this takes about 3 minutes and only needs to be done once.
If there's an issue with a booking, tap "Having an issue?" on the Active Booking screen to open a dispute. This freezes the payment while we investigate. You can also email us at support@joincampusplus.app with your booking ID and we'll resolve it quickly. Payment is never released until the issue is addressed.
You can cancel a booking before the job starts for a full refund. Go to the booking in your Requests tab and tap Cancel. If the job has already started, cancellation is subject to our dispute process. For time-sensitive cancellations, contact us at support@joincampusplus.app.
Tap the three-dot menu on any user's profile to report or block them. Reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours. Blocked users cannot see your listings or message you. For urgent safety concerns, email us directly at support@joincampusplus.app.
Campus+ is our premium tier for serious earners. It includes lower fees (6% vs 8%), price negotiation, a full earnings dashboard, unlimited listings, and priority placement in the feed. Campus+ is coming soon — tap "Notify me" on any locked Campus+ feature inside the app to get notified the moment it launches.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. Any pending wallet balance will be paid out to your bank before deletion. If you have active bookings, please complete or cancel them first.
Campus is currently available on iOS (iPhone). Android support is on our roadmap. Join the waitlist at joincampusplus.app and we'll let you know when Android launches.
